Rate a Location

The Rating System is seperated into 3 Catagories:

First: (T)rackside Motel or (R)ailfan Lodging

(T) Trackside Motels consists of lodging where trains can be viewed directly
a window of the room.
(R)

Railfan lodging does not allow a view of trains from the room, but may
feature rail related theme or be very close to railroad action.

Second: The View and / or Railfan Amenities (A thru E)

A This Location is Excellent: it has it all, Trains and "The View". The view is
unobstructed, you can view trains directly from the room, there is no need
to go outside railfanning, the trains come to you!
***This is for (T)rackside Motels only.***
B This Location is Very Good: (T) You can see the tracks with a little effort.
or could be an "A" if trains were more frequent. (R) Location has a
railroad theme, and is close enough to the tracks that you can run
trackside if a train is comming.
C This Location is Good: (T) The tracks are reasonably close or may have a
slightly restricted view. (R) Location is close enough to the tracks that
you can run trackside if a train is comming (or) has a railroad theme.
D This Location is Fair: (T) The view somewhat close or is restricted due to
distance, buildings or trees. (R) Location is close to a railfan "HotSpot".
E This Location is Poor: You need the field glasses to see the train? or have
to look out the bathroom window. You stay there because: at least you are
near the tracks.

Third: Price (1 to 5)
1 Free to $39.99 per night but may be higher at times
2 $40.00 to $79.99 per night but may be higher at times
3 $80.00 to $119.99 per night but may be higher at times
4 $120.00 to $159.99 per night but may be higher at times
5 More than $160.00 per night
