The back of the motel abuts the Nittany and Bald Eagle RR. All of the rooms on the truck stop side of the motel offer a rather narrow view of the tracks. I did see one loaded coal train heading north and an empty coal train plus a manifest heading south, this was Fri/Sat afternoons. Photography from the motel, due to the narrow viewing angle, is not good. However, hearing a train and getting track side depends on how close your room is to the stairs/door.
