Sorry to say, it sucks. I give it a R, D, and 3 for the price. I asked for room 433 when I called to make the reservation, they would hold it for me. When I arrived, the man working said 433 was "dirty", and I could have 432. I wanted 433 because of what it says on your website. I didn't take the elevator up. There was a person of questionable character by the door to go inside. I parked by a different door, and took the stairs up. It was pretty dirty, with lots of dead bugs, water damage to the walls, a very old and unkempt look. The view from outside my room did show the CSX mainline pretty good, but I saw more characters outside in the hallway; so no watching trains. The room seemed fairly clean, however, the door to my room had quite a few cobwebs and the mirrors were in need of cleaning. Sorry to report, but I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all. It was $87.69 for the night. Never again there.

Leap into the lap of Polish-American hospitality at the Ramada of Erie, historical downtown. Ask for room 433 - good view of CSX mainline, though you must step out into somewhat bizarre hallway-with-view. And the view's a block away.
