The tracks are clearly visible from rooms on the river side of the building. We were in room 2610 (there are 28 floors in the hotel). The traffic level is high as Mobile is the bottleneck on CSX' mainline from all points east towards New Orleans, LA. CSX' M&M sub (Mobile and Montgomery) ties to the NO&M sub (New Orleans and Mobile).
